How to Eat Well

These are my simple rules for eating better…

  • Eat the foods that LOVE YOU and YOUR BODY back
  • Understand the power of PHYTONUTRIENTS
  • Know the colors of veggies and fruits along with their BENEFITS
  • Seek for Variety of minimally processed and tasty WHOLESOME foods

Goals:

1. Eat nutritious, wholesome foods as minimally processed as possible every day

2. Identify the strategies to enhance health through a NUTRITIONAL FOUNDATION – “Food is Medicine” approach

3. Demonstrate the power of planning meals purposefully, stocking up health-promoting options consistently, and committing to a long and sustainable lifestyle
