Getting to Know Nhi

About Me

I am Vietnamese-American and I LOVE to share what I'm most passionate about and what I have learned over my lifetime so far. Having a vision for healthfulness in our society, I aspire to lead by example and influence the lives that I cross during my clinical practice as well as my daily encounters.

My goal is to empower others through motivation and education as I truly hope to make a positive difference by effectively inspiring and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices, habits, and goals. I plan to continue expanding my knowledge and seeking opportunities to be immersed in a variety of unique experiences. I am committed to keeping on learning, sharing, and touching lives with integrity and compassion for health and wellness!

Resource blogger

I initially came up with the idea to share information through writing a Blog and publishing my very first website when I started to feel the need to reach more people and share what I have learned beyond my own circle of family and close friends. I am truly blessed with their support and encouragement throughout my lifetime thus far... As someone who is not quite well-versed in social media or interested in having any accounts, this was quite a bold move for me.

I had many doubts that I could not do this and there will be lots of set-backs... Honestly, this was my pessimistic side speaking to me. Yet, my optimistic side eventually won the battle and here I am... writing away! 

I'm not even sure what to call myself, so a Resource Blogger is the best I could come up with for now. I hope to bring lots of ideas and take-aways to my audience interested in evidence-based information. I love the science behind what I have learned over the years and this is a way for me to condense and summarize the tips and tricks that others can bring into their lives and live healthfully!

*Minimize and avoid stimulants of ALL SOURCES
*Set Night-Time mode for ALL electronic devices (especially after sunset)
*Plan & prep for bedtime by winding down, i.e. BREATHING exercises
*Start eliminating blue lights AT LEAST 2-3hrs before targeted sleep time
