How to Eat Well
These are my simple rules for eating better…
- Eat the foods that LOVE YOU and YOUR BODY back
- Understand the power of PHYTONUTRIENTS
- Know the colors of veggies and fruits along with their BENEFITS
- Seek for Variety of minimally processed and tasty WHOLESOME foods
Goals:
1. Eat nutritious, wholesome foods as minimally processed as possible every day
2. Identify the strategies to enhance health through a NUTRITIONAL FOUNDATION – “Food is Medicine” approach
3. Demonstrate the power of planning meals purposefully, stocking up health-promoting options consistently, and committing to a long and sustainable lifestyle
