Entering the Season of Joy and Gratitude — Reflections on Health and New Life
As November begins, I find myself reflecting with deep gratitude on a year filled with meaningful conversations about whole-person health. My final Let’s Chat America appearance of 2025 aired on October 9th—my Mom’s birthday—on JOY106.3FM. It was a fitting moment to celebrate both health and life, as we explored the interconnected wisdom of our bodies through the topic: “Bones, Brains, Bowels, and Blood Health.”
Each of these “Four B’s” reminds us that health is never one-dimensional—it’s a symphony of systems working in harmony to sustain our vitality:
Bones — the structure that supports us, strengthened by movement, mindful nutrition, and fall prevention.
Brains — our center of memory and meaning, nurtured through food, physical activity, sleep, and connectedness.
Bowels — the home of our gut microbiome, quietly influencing immunity, mood, and resilience.
Blood — the life-giving rhythm that fuels every organ through balance in circulation, pressure, and nourishment.
These are not separate conversations but threads of one fabric—whole-person well-being. Even modest lifestyle choices—daily movement, mindful meals, restorative rest, stress resiliency, and connections—can transform how we age, how we feel, and how we thrive!
As we enter this season of joy and gratitude, may we pause to honor our bodies’ quiet intelligence and our communities’ collective strength. Let’s carry that spirit of thankfulness forward—into the holidays, into the new year, and into every small act of self-care and compassion we share with others.

I’ll return to the airwaves on January 8th, 2026, to continue our conversations about living well at every age—rooted in gratitude, grounded in science, and guided by heart.
A Personal Blessing in My Family:
October also brought another beautiful “birth-day.” On October 28th, my precious nephew, Noah, made his entrance into the world! 💙
I was deeply honored to be there with my sister and family to welcome him—a moment filled with awe, relief, and so much love. Capturing his first moments and seeing our family grow has been an indescribable gift.
Both mom and baby are bonding beautifully. I carry immense gratitude for the blessing of new life and for everyone’s love and prayers during this special time, especially through the post-op complications that my brave sister has been enduring.
We are so incredibly thankful for this miracle and for the joy that reminds us—especially in this season—that life itself is the greatest gift.
Until next month,
~Newly-crowned Auntie Nhi 🙂
